Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I highly recommend Pep Boys in Scranton and the service provided by Tony Cuccia! We got a flat tire on the road and had to sort out the insurance; Tony was a huge help with that, and everything went very quickly and smoothly. Tony offered us coffee and was very kind and helpful.

I highly recommend because of the Excellent customer service. I went in to have a few things done to my car: state inspection, cabin filter change, oil change, wheel alignment. The work was finished sooner than expected, and a lot cheaper than another popular company in the area. When the technician saw that a wheel alignment was not necessary, they were honest and did not change me for that. Dewan, the staff member that took all the information to care for my car, was wonderful and very patient answering all my questions about my vehicle.

I had an excellent experience yesterday when I took my car to get checked at Pep Boys! First and foremost the problem was found very quickly! A staff member by the name of Dewan was so kind and pleasant!!! His presence was self-explanatory! It was wonderful and refreshing to find an honorable professional who prioritizes customer care over making a quick buck! I am now an official customer as I was happily satisfied when my car was repaired!! I highly recommend Pep boys!!!!! Thank you Dewan!!! Also a big shout out to the car mechanics who were just as wonderful!! 👍 😊 ❤️

*EXCELLENT* This is A very big and fast car garage, don't let me come in there and talk to the service staff and always loved that when the service staff are open and just outright about everything so I can go in there and just talk to them and help everybody else out about pricing and things like that. These guys can handle any problem that you have with your car I mean any problem other than a hybrid battery. They do oil changes for just $90. They sell regular batteries that are up to 200 bucks which is pretty cheap. You have a nice little lounge it's like a waiting lounge to hang out in so you can wait for your car to get done. I had such a great talk with the sales associate. I absolutely love when they let me in there and just let me have access to the whole place. I'm off to steer people in the right direction to keep them from making the mistakes that I made like having hybrid battery refurbished sold you buy Honda and told it was brand new. I will not sit back while darkness rules this Earth, it'll be a light and continue to guide people to the proper places. Thank you guys so much for all of your kindness and goodness and service to the community. Also the service is fast

Had control arms put on my vehicle. Wasn’t installed correctly and caused damage to my vehicle. Vehicle needs new sensors and wiring now thanks to you guys! Not to mention the dealership noticed you failed to install Carter pins on the ball joints. You caused several thousand dollars of damage to my vehicle and placed me in a vehicle that was not safe to drive. I will be uploading videos and photos as well. Nothing like being on the interstate and your truck tells you that you have no brakes, pull over safely, call for a tow, and contact dealer. I will say the manager is a really nice and sweet girl! I do not blame her but the mechanics…. Just wow save yourself money don’t go here for anything other than tires.
